VPN Entrypoint

Due to the redundant Direct Internet Access (DIA) being a part of all Cloud Clusters the customer should expect to receive two URLs (one via each internet carrier) with one being the primary one and another one secondary (or failover). For example:

  • https://192.0.2.156:10443
  • https://198.51.100.141:10443
Under normal circumstances, the secondary URL can only be used if the primary DIA connection is down.
